Reimagine mobile streaming content experiences

Our Asian client wanted to reimagine their mobile streaming and content platform, which helps serve customers with a richer and more personalised experience with content.

The client wanted to also take advantage of where the market was going in terms of consumption and purchasing behavioiurs to develop mobile ecommerce opportunities.

APPROACH

Executed broad customer research to better understand mobile content and commerce behaviours and needs.

Clarified the client’s problem statement and future vision. We analysed the current product/content information architecture. Ran research to validate the problem statement and help us better understand customers’ mobile content commerce behaviours and needs.

Test and validate product vision with end customers on the value proposition.

ROLE

Worked alongside a local design expert and junior designers along withj our executive client to help define a new content paradigm to be bold and lead in the South East Asia. We worked at pace (10 days) to uncover concepts and ideas that leveraged the client’s unique content offering. Utilising the local design team to validate core concept proposition.
