Working closely with the ANZ Wealth client team to help articulate their strategic vision across their portfolio; Womens Wealth web presence, ANZ Wealth app and their customer engagement and experience vision
APPROACH
Developed a set of scenarios that helped provide a set of application recommendations for a new ANZ Wealth App
We set about this by:
Establishing a clear purpose for the Grow app.
Establish positioning amongst other channels.
Conducted a current Grow app review and provided recommendations and best practices.
Developed a week in a week-in-a-life scenario with supporting detailed wireframes.
Developed mood boards and rationale.
ROLE
As part of a two—to three-member design team, we collaborated to produce research planning, artifacts, and discovery deliverables, including a detailed report that articulated the recommendations.
