ANZ Wealth

Working closely with the ANZ Wealth client team to help articulate their strategic vision across their portfolio; Womens Wealth web presence, ANZ Wealth app and their customer engagement and experience vision

APPROACH

Developed a set of scenarios that helped provide a set of application recommendations for a new ANZ Wealth App

We set about this by:

  • Establishing a clear purpose for the Grow app.

  • Establish positioning amongst other channels.

  • Conducted a current Grow app review and provided recommendations and best practices.

  • Developed a week in a week-in-a-life scenario with supporting detailed wireframes.

  • Developed mood boards and rationale.

ROLE

As part of a two—to three-member design team, we collaborated to produce research planning, artifacts, and discovery deliverables, including a detailed report that articulated the recommendations.

IMPACT

The future of Grow is conversational, an evolving, integrated personal narrative.

It will be relevant, surfacing timely actions, entice exploration into a bigger world of wealth, support the definition of goals and a financial destination, and build knowledge by breaking wealth down to snack size.
